We respect your privacy. This policy explains what data the Harfana game (“the App”) collects and how we use it. By using the App, you agree to this policy.

1. Data We Collect

When you use the App as a guest, we automatically create an anonymous account (a random identifier) without asking for any personal information. We collect and store:

• Account data: username, display name, country (if provided), and an anonymous account identifier.
• Gameplay data: your word guesses, solve times, number of attempts, match results, rating, account level, points, and streaks.
• Linking data (optional): if you choose to link your account with Apple or Google, we receive your email address from the provider to secure and recover your account.

2. What We Don't Collect

We do not collect your location, contacts, photos, or any sensitive data. We do not track you across other apps.

3. How We Use Your Data

We use data to run the game (matches, ranking, progression), save your progress, match you with opponents, and improve the experience.

4. Service Providers

We rely on trusted services to run the App:

• Supabase — data storage and authentication (servers in the Asia region).
• Apple / Google — optional sign-in.

5. Deleting Your Data

You can delete your account entirely from within the App (Profile → Delete Account). Upon deletion, all your data is permanently erased from our servers, and any linked Apple account grant is revoked.

6. Data Security

We take reasonable technical measures to protect your data, but no transmission over the internet can be guaranteed fully secure.

7. Children

The App is suitable for all ages and does not knowingly collect identifying data from children.

8. Changes

We may update this policy. Any change is posted on this page with an updated date.
