1. Acceptance of Terms

By using the Harfana game (“the App”), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

2. Service Description

Harfana is an Arabic word game offering solo play (daily challenge) and competitive play (duels) against other players or recorded opponents. We provide the service “as is” and may develop or modify it at any time.

3. Your Account

Guest accounts are created automatically. You are responsible for your account activity. You may link your account with Apple or Google to save it, and delete it at any time from within the App.

4. Code of Conduct

You agree not to misuse the App, attempt to cheat, manipulate results, use automated means, or harm other players’ experience.

5. Purchases

The App may offer optional purchases (subscriptions or cosmetic items). Payments are handled by the Apple or Google store and subject to their terms. Cosmetic purchases grant no competitive advantage.

6. Intellectual Property

All rights to the App and its content (design, logo, word database) are owned by us. They may not be copied or reused without permission.

7. Disclaimer

We provide the App without warranties. We are not liable for any indirect damages arising from its use, to the extent permitted by law.

8. Changes and Termination

We may update these terms or discontinue the service. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.
